“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“We found it very surprising that the flow of water in both the wash-basins was very low. The one outside was medium flow and in the bathroom was very low. On top of it, there was a swivel spray attachment that made the water pressure even more weak in both of them. Had a tough time cleaning out toothbrushes, my shaving blades or even washing our hands with soap. Being a typical maintenance item needing a plumber who are rarely available at times we checked-in (midnight) or early morning on……

“The hotel was fine, it was clean, nice and pleasant. What was unpleasant was that I spent 15-20min waking up the staff in the back who fell asleep to check us in. I had called the hotel twice to update them letting them know our flight was delayed and we would be very late. Got there, no one was there. I had to ring the bell excessively, call the front, the headquarters. No apologies when they came out clearly just woken up. I let the front desk know the next day what happened. She was nice abd……
